DOMDocument->__construct() — Creates a new DOMDocument object

DOMDocument

__construct ([ string $version [, string $encoding ]] )

Creates a new DOMDocument object.

version: The version number of the document as part of the XML declaration.
encoding: The encoding of the document as part of the XML declaration.
